R9 280X toxic is a real power sucker and big. You only got 3 fans in your system which brings me to concern what are your temps while gaming?
Your build seems fine to me.

Try other AAA games and tell me your results also try a benchmarking software like Unigine which is free so no worries

Hello,

Thanks for you replies guys, I have been travelling so no time at all for soal searching my Pc latelly.

But now im back, I tried somethings.

So I increased my PSU from 730w to 850w which I think should cut it and wont be a source of problems.
and I also add a CM 690 III case that has a big 200mm Fan in front plus the standard 120 in the back and I add 2 more 120 mm in the top and another 120mm in the bottom.

But even in my old case the temprature in Unigine was never above 75 Celsius!

so now it looks like this :

CPU - Intel® Core™ i5-4670 Processor
CASE - CM 690 III w/ Window
MOBO – ASRock Fatal1ty H87 Performance
GPU – Sapphire R9 280X Toxic 3Gb
HDD - TOSHIBA PH3300U-1I72 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
HDD – WD Blue 320 Gb 7500 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
RAM – 16 Gb Kingston 1333 Mhz CL9
COOLING - 4 AC F12 120mm
COOLING - 1 200mm
POWER - (850 Watt continuous) cannot remeber the brand now

I will now take a shot at it with Metro LL and also with BF4 to check the result.

As for the Ram, I honestly think that should not be a big issue, but after testing with BF4 and if I get the same "Shitty" result as Metro LL i will then try some Corsair Vengence 1600Mhz.

I will keep you posted on my findings

Cheers

Hi

Yes I have done a new Windows 8.1 instalation and immediatlay updated the Bios and the GPU Drivers.

I also installed now a Samsung 840 EVO 250Gb SSD Drive. So I will have to install and update everything again.

Cheers

Hello to all,

yes all the Drivers are updated and the windows is a brand new installation.

I can see that after the 4 "level" the Fps lowers down to a miserable 7 fps which is making it unplayable. But the pervious levels the FPS counter is above 70 !!! Even with all specs running low when it hit 7 fps kind like it sticks there.... it does not come up!!! this is killing me as I cannot understand why!

I tried other AAA Games like BF4 Crisys 3 COD and hi get alwaz above 60 fps even in ultra settings

Any ideas?
