I am getting ready to sell the PC I have Windows 8 pro OEM installed on...after I get my Case and GPU delivered. I do not know the specifics of selling your PC with Windows 8 OEM installed on it. I know that PC shops get special copies of Windows for refurbished PCs and is non transferable once installed. Though Windows 8 OEM is different from previous OEM versions as the end user can transfer it to new hardware as long as it is running on One PC. If I were to sale this PC with the Copy of Windows i bought would that conflict with any Rules that Microsoft has for the end user?? If so What Windows would seem the most appealing for someone buying a PC. Most still prefer Windows 7 where I live. and there are a lot that still like XP over 7....I am most likely going to just sell my hardware though.
