Yes, it will, as the motherboard is where the power connects. A 600W PSU is 100% fine for a 100W CPU.

It will work, but it's probably not 100% compatible. Here's Corsair's post:

"Likely compatible — currently validating"

It WILL run it fine, but there is a chance that the sleep power states in Haswell aren't supported.

It will still work even if it doesn't support the lower sleep states. You may just have to disable them.

Most motherboard manufacturers disable the low-power sleep state by default, so really, there won't even be a problem at all.
