Upgrade motherboard or graphic card only

Hi guys I'm have some confusion here ,
I'm currently using ASUS P8Z68 2nd generation motherboard with ASUS GTX 560 ti ,so im planning to upgrade my pc , should I keep the motherboard or just upgrade the graphic card or do the both , coz I'm planing to upgrade the GPU to GTX 780 series only .
Here my pc specification
Asus P8Z68 2nd generation
Asus GTX 560 TI
Intel+Core+i7-2600K 3.40GHz
WD BLACK CAVIAR 1TB
Corsair vengeance 12 GB
AcBel Polytech R9 900W
Windows 7 home premium 64biy

Why do you think you need to upgrade the board? That board will support a new GPU

Your CPU is still fine so I wouldn't worry about the mobo.

GeForce GTX 760 is a good upgrade + raid or ssd

Just get the GPU for now, the i7 should handle it fine but should you find yourself getting bottlenecked in the future you can always transfer the GPU to a new motherbd & processor.
