Dual channel simply put means that the CPU can read/write to two sticks of RAM at the same time. If you fill all four slots you basically just have two dual channels. It can read/write to either pair at the same time.

lets say that i will be installing gskill ripjaws 1333 mhz 8gb (2gb x 4),if i put all four sticks, the cpu will only read two sticks (4gb)? so the other two sticks will be useless? is that it? i'll use fx 6300 processor by the way

No it means that at any given instance it will be to one pair or the other. It will still use all four sticks but not at the same instance. It will pick a pair for each task switching between each pair depending on space on the sticks etc.

If you look at the mobo you will see that out of the four slots two are one color and two are another color. Each of those is a "pair".
