I mean a person builds a PC that has a Intel Core i7 and 2 years later Intel release; a more powerful processor called Intel Core i7 7th Generation note that was just an "Example"

Allot of people would say Ah man :(  I don't have that powerful processor :/ .

I mean it's nice technology advances quicker and more better. But still that's allot of money people put out of their own pockets to build a beast PC then years later it will feel worthless cause newer components have come out.

Opinions?

Actually, there's a lot of people complaining that CPUs are moving too slowly. There's very little performance difference between an i5-2500 and an i5-3570.

Cars are the same; just because there's a new model/year doesn't mean there's a massive improvement.

Honestly, my old Core 2 Quad build could still be used today if I didn't have such a tech fetish. Most of this stuff is useable to the average Joe for many, many years. Just because something new comes out doesn't necessarily make the previous iterations useless/obsolete.

Going off the car analogy, just because a 1995 Toyota Corolla has been followed by several different upgraded models doesn't mean you can't drive the old car around anymore. It's still useful to someone, somewhere (no pun intended).
