Okay what case guys

Alright my budget is 40$ and I just need a case that can hold these specs 3 amd 7970s oc editions and M5A99FX pro R2.0 would any atx case be able to fit this in? cpu 8350 any suggestions or should I get a full tower don't really want one though to be honest seems like atx case would do fine, but do you guys know any 40$ dollar cases that can fit those specs and come with a DVD adapter?

I have never seen a case that comes with a DVD drive, but those only cost about $15-20 so it isn't much.
