New rig built. OS works but is funky.. assistance please!

I just built a rig with a 4670k, asus 280x, z87x oc, 840, hx 750 evo h100i.
My OS installed fine but my OS seems really dodgy. If I open CoreTemp and it asks for permission, I click yes and sometimes it doesnt open CoreTemp. There is the rotating circle over my cursor. If I open it again and give it permission again it opens fine. I noticed that after opening a program whether it be CoreTemp, GPU tweak, or steam, or anything and its stuck loading, if I ctrl alt dlt my screen goes black and my computer will not respond and needs to be restarted. This also happens when I leave my computer alone for a while and the screensaver initiates. The screensaver is not the one that I chose and I cant wake it from sleep. I bought HX 750 since its Haswell certified so I doubt that has anything to do with my problem. Unless you have to configure your PSU for your CPU?

Also when I run a game and my system is being pushed, GPU usage 100% 70 degrees, my PC beeps and I noticed that whenever it beeps my H100i waterblock blinks to the beep. When this beep happens the LED colors I set also reset to white. Not sure if any of these problems are related to eachother. Help please!

0 indicates trim is running and the ssd is configured properly.
what ram to you have ? did you use intel xmp ?
maybe wrong timings or instaled wrong.
how did you install them?
also your motherboard has a debugging display what code does it have when this happens?

and what bios version do you have you need to have version f6.for your processor.if you didnt update it it is most likely to be on a old version.

Sorry what did you say on the last bit of your reply? I'm pretty sure I did all firmware, driver, etc. Do I have to download something for my CPU?

And btw, my H100i is now stuck on black LED making a rattling noise and blinking very rapidly. Oddly my CPU is still being cooled. Should I RMA my H100i? Its so finnicky, or is it Windows 8? I'm going to replace the stock radiator fans with Jetflos and plug them straight into MOBO instead of using water block. Will see what happens then. Still wondering why my OS freezes though :( I noticed that my OS is freezing a lot less when I unchecked dimming for when permission boxes pop up for programs.

i was refering for the bios.what version is your bios?

you can download the latest from here.
do you have the stock intel cpu cooler ?
if you have use it for now.probably the pump of the h100i is fulty although the frezes you experience are not due to the cooler.make shure you have updated your bios to the latest version an leave everything on auto.
i whould advise you to run memtest 86+

to make shure your ram has no problems but after a bios update.
