Is this Z97 MOBO price too good to be true?

Hi this is my first ever pc build and I am trying to decide on a Motherboard to get. I am getting an Intel i5 4670k CPU so I was looking at z87 and z97 boards. I found this on Newegg (NeweggGlobal because I live in UK) and it is apparently a new ASUS Z97-k board but the price makes me think maybe it isn't that great a board? It is a good £15-20 cheaper than other z97s that I can find anywhere else. Please let me know if this will be a real quality board for me or not. If it makes any difference, I intend to use the system solely for playing games and web browsing and I will be using an r9 270x GPU with the i5 4670k CPU and 8gb corsair 1866mhz RAM

Well would you recommend spending £20-30 more on a different board or do you think that one will be alright for gaming on i5 4670k?

If you can swing it, I used the Z87-A mobos as basically the entry level for builds I've done, and will prob do same with the Z97s, the Hero is my favorite but is overkill for most, the Z97-A should be a good solid OCer same as the Z87 was, all of them have been improved across the board
