Well, you have no GPU listed and an IGPU will not handle those games very well.
4GB of RAM is pretty small for large games. Especially if using an IGPU.
An IGPU will share your RAM as VRAM. I would recommend 8GB.
That PSU is junk! Get a good brand like Seasonic, XFX, Antec, and Corsair. (Not CX)
A cheap PSU can damage your entire computer.
If you plan to OC you will need a good cooler. Cooler Master or Noctua.

Yes, you can Crossfire the APU with specific GPUs. See here for more info:

http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technolog...

However, even something like a HD6850 (or higher) or an Nvidia GTX 750Ti (or higher) would be a stronger solution that the Crossfired APU/GPU solution.

Also, teh GTX 750TI will co-exist with your 380w PSU as well. Keep in mind that your current PSU will limit your GPU options.

Good luck!

You may be able to, but Crossfire with an IGPU does not work well at all.
The IGPU (APU) Will slow your main GPU down. Slower clock speed ETC.
Your GPU has enough power to stand on it's own.
The APU/IGPU would slow it down.
