Hello, I am upgrading my computer and I am wondering if this graphics card and power supply are all good to put in my machine because I hear some PSU's or Graphics Cards cant work on some motherboards. Please let me know! And is that enough wattage for the Graphics card (I can also downgrade the card to a diffrent 770 if you think it would be better, that one just looked like the best 770 on the market at the moment)

Motherboard- MSI P67A-GD65

PSU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Graphics Card- http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-SuperClocked-Graphic...

Other specs
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
8gigs of 1600 Ram
i5 2500k
