New case and graphics card

Ive got a dell xps 8500 i5 version and i want to get a new case and graphics card + a power supply if needed

Is it possible me taking everything out of my current case and putting it into zalmans "Z11 Plus HF1" case

Also could I then fit this graphics card into it -

I would definitely get a new power supply as well. That will definitely all fit into the Z11 Plus

Though at that price, I would get a better card. You can save 20 quid and get a better card:
