Good settings for ASUS GTX 760 permenent overclock?

I'm unwilling to give a direct answer. It all depends on your ambient temperatures, your case's airflow, and the cooling of the card itself. This is a rough estimate for a single card setup: ~20-29C idle, 50-60C under load, 70C is perfectly accepable temperatures if it happens to get that high (IIRC, they can get up to 92C and still be fine).
