i recently picked up a pc off craigslist the pc was clean very little dust and kept in an very open spot with good air flow around it and seemed as all his stuff was very well taken care of.
He didn't seem to be a tech kinda person just used it for movies music and call of duty/battlefield 4
I traded and xbox one and 200$ for it and Here are the specs of the pc
Microsoft Windows 7 (64)
Proc-Intel core i7-3770k 3.5GHz Quad-Core
Motherboard- Biostar TZ77A ATX LGA1155
Memory- G.Skill 8gb (2x 4gb) DDR3-2133
Hard drive- Crucial M4 256 GB 2.5 SSD
GPU- EVGA GeForce GTX 680 2GB
Power S- Corsair 650
DVD asus drw-24b1st//dvd/cd
Case- NZXT Phantom (White) ATX Full Tower]
Cooler- Thermaltake frio 101.6 CFM
afterglow 360controller

I wanted this pc to play dayz mod, Arma 3, dayz standalone, for now but I'll want some of the newer games like the new elder scrolls mmorpg
It plays day z and all on very high settings at 1080p right now
what I want to know is there anyway to tell of this pc is or has ever been oc or overheated and should I oc the cpu/ram/gpu with this setup or should I start looking into upgrades if so what?
And did I get a good deal with xboxone+200$ for this setup

Solution
Worst part of the pc would be the motherboard being very bland, gpu is kind of older, and power supply don't know which model within corsair it is. But all that said, motherboard bland yes works yes, gpu older yes good yes, power supply its corsair their budget aren't as good as mid or high end but still good.

So overall, id say you got a good deal. Its used, yes, but so was your xbox. the i7 goes for $300, motherboard idk like $70, memory $70, hhd $120, gpu $200 ish, psu $50, dvd $20, case idk $75, cooler idk $30, controller idk $20, windows $100. Add all that up, about $1000. Used, means its really up to the buyer/seller how much theyre willing to spend vs how much willing to let it go for. But xbox $500, $200 $200, so $700. That...

That said $700 wouldn't allow you to build a build like this, and it should play games high/maybe ultra. (which is better than xbox). SO overall, I think you both walked out pretty good. You have a pc you can game on plus do almost everything/anything else, he mustve wanted an xbox, so got one plus $200 for games controllers ect. SO, win win!
