Seems like a lot to pay for a computer with these needs. (It will be mainly used for MYOB, accounting, and MS Office.) Getting the i3 4340 for the on board graphics as it will be used for occasional video/audio editing + some very light gaming.
Trust me, the 3tb is required.

Any other thoughts/changes you'd recommend? I greatly appreciate your time :)

Can change a few things to save some money. 8GB isn't needed for what you're looking at, except maybe the video editing, but even then it depends on the size of videos you're using.

Thanks for the advice. Do you think the extra 4gb of memory won't be used at all?

Also, what are the differences between the mobo I has and the one you posted?

Minimal difference, for your use there won't be any tangible difference.

And even when I'm running multiple browsers, an Access Database or two, Outlook, and Adobe Reader, I rarely ever hit 3.5GB of use. You can get 8GB, which will definitely be plenty if it would make you feel better, it'll just cost a little more.
