SpeedFan Temp Problems?

My system is quite loud, and I've been trying to get SpeedFan set up for a while now with no luck. I don't really understand any of the options and all of the online tutorials have options which I don't have for the automatic fan control. My Temp1, which I presume is my CPU is at 76 Celsius and all I'm doing now is web-browsing. Not long ago I was playing GTA4 and the whole system just shut itself down.

Here is a SpeedFan screenshot:

I can ramp all of the fans up to 100%, however it does sound like there is a drone taking off in my room, and this isn't really ideal.

This problem only started after I got a new case at the end of last month. I'm beginning to wonder if I did something wrong when I re-built the system.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

huh, if it is an amd 6 core then maybe it is reading the 3 modulus, not cores??? lol, anyways if it is amd get amd overdrive, it will monitor temps, control fan speeds (sorta) and provide overclocking ability, or some other program to fit your needs. do you know what fans are being loud? the cpu, gpu, or case fans?
i hate speedfan, just use it to monitor temps and thats it, the fan control software is very hard to setup and is crap. and as you can see, speedfan is not reading your temps right, apparently your first cpu core is hot, the second cool, and third frozen?? lol

That's kind of ironic, I have a six core CPU!

I'm using the stock CPU fan and only one of the case fans are rubber mounted, so I guess that's where the noise is coming from. I'll get AMD Overdrive and see if that works any better.

I have 2 x 120mm up front, and another 120mm in the back. I can run these using SpeedFan and the CPU and GPU can be done with OverDrive. Thank you for your help!
