ABSOLUTE easiest way to overclock i7 4770k on asus z87

Are there any programs or things in the asus z87 bios that would be able to easily overclock my cpu without going through all of the manual hoopla that is included in every other overclocking tutorial? I have a i7 4770k cooled by a h100 on the asus TUF gryphon z87 motherboard

I generally OC via the BIOS, and with yours, you can start normally at 4GHz with nothing more than changinging the CPU multiplier to 40, the Gryphon does have some Auto OC features in the BIOS in the OC tuner option of the BIOS's AI Tweaker page
