Hello,
I've got 2 1TB HDD's
1 By Hitachi, and 1 by Seagate.

Both 1TB, and 7200RPM.
1 Has 64MB Cache, and 1 has 32MB Cache.

Do the HDD's have to be identical to have a RAID 0 Setup?

Thanks,
Amos.

Solution
You can but it isn't recommended. You get the size of the smallest drive and the speed of the slowest drive can hamper your max speeds. Doing Raid 0 also leaves no data security if that matters to you. You would need to make good backups because each drive you add to a raid 0 increases the complete failure ratio.
