So i'm on a running system since 3 years. I'm not english so forgive me for that, trying my best.
I tried to remove all rams, graphic cards etc and my Mobo won't beep.
Problems began months ago with regular blue screens, i always thougt it would be the RAM but can it possibly be the mobo ? (i wasn't using that pc so much, so didn't care with the regular blue screens and didn't check further by the time).

if you're unable to reach the bios with only the motherboard, cpu and ram then, do a cmos reset first then try again.

after that and still nothing then, remove the ram stick to check if the motherboard will produce a beep code detecting the absence of a crucial component.
also, check the cpu heatsink fan if it will continue to spin or stop indefinitely.
and if you have a different ram stick, try that.

cmos reset didn't change
tried 3 ram sticks, still didn't change
removed ram and still no change
cpu fan continuing normally.

no, removing the ram on all slot would produce a beep from the motherboard indicating a missing component to start. also the cpu heatsink fan would start and then stop then start again, indicating a power cycle.

did you try the ram stick one at a time?

if so, try with a different power supply if you have one.
but as far as diagnostics go, its looking bleak for the motherboard.

yeah i tried all that as you said, i just can't try with another power supply cause i don't have another one.
This one seems to work pretty good(i mean its fan), also the front fans i have are working too.

Thank you a lot for your help.
I'll then change my mobo.
Just a question about that thought, will my amd II phenom x6 1090 t (chipset AM3 890) will fit in another AM3/Am3+ chipset as of 760G or 990FX.
I could not find any motherboard with 890 still available to sell.

so i replaced the motherboard, it worked correctly for 15-20 mins, then i got a bluescreen, i tried to reboot and never posted anymore.
I guess it's due to heat but i don't know what can cause that.

The fan of CPU was extremely noisy
