All games low fps!

So the last month all my games have been on low fps mode, like two, three months ago the computer was running flawless, I clean it regulary and i cant seem to find out just why ALL my games got low fps and stuttering, even when all of my games are on low, I was able to have every game on high before this occured.

That PSU shouldn't be causing this, try reattaching the CPU cooler.

Take off the cooler and use q-tips soaked in isopropyl alcohol to carefully remove the old thermal paste from the CPU (take it out of the socket) and the cooler, then apply some new thermal paste like this:

Then just attach the cooler.

Agreed monitor GPU temp while using MSI Kombustor or other GPU stress test, if normal stress the CPU with prime95 and monitor temps. If normal and your drivers are up to date and the system is virus/spyware free then test then it could be a faulty power supply. What brand and size PSU do you have?

It says OCZ Technology.

Ok I will try this when I can get my hands on thermal paste, and ill come back to you, thanks for the quick answears =)
