You press a button on the DVD drive. Or go into My Computer, right click the DVD drive, and select eject.

It may not have one.
For example my son asked me the same question about his X554L and it didn't have one.
There was a plastic cover where the drawer would be.
If there is no button on the drawer it probably doesn't have one.
