I bought my PC from Cyberpowerpc and the VGA port does not work. The HDMI port works well which is what I'm using to be able to use my computer but the VGA post does not work. I opened the system and found that a cable with a tag attached to it (it says VGA) is loose and there was loose tape attached to the video card as if the cable had been attached to the video card with it. I have a GeForce GTX 780 card so does anyone know where the cable, if needed, needs to be attached?

Solution
Some pictures of the cable and the card would be very beneficial. Lacking those, I can only guess. I'm assuming that your GTX 780 didn't have enough space on it's rear panel to put the VGA port. So they probably put it on another end plate next to the card, I'm assuming that's what that VGA wire goes to. If this is the case, there is probably a spot *somewhere* on your card to plug in that cable. But please don't go trying random connections! You could cause serious damage to your new hardware or yourself. If you can give us some pictures we can try and find where it goes with you.
