Okay I seem to get really strange FPS issues randomly in some games (mainly LoL). I'm not sure if it's the game iteself but I am just concerned is all.

My specs are...

GTX 780 EVGA
AMD FX 8320
12GB RAM
600W PSU

That's all the information that I should offer off the top of my head, let me know if you need some more info

More about : bottlenecking

League of Legends is not a fully optimised game. It is expected to have fps drops during the game. There is no "bottleneck" in terms of performance with your build.

Okay yeah I agree with what you said about LoL, and yeah I guess I misunderstood the term. However do you think that the CPU is weighing down my PC at all in terms of overall performance?

No, it is fine as it is. The cpu is good enough for a GTX 780.
