Best of two builds(questions)

Hello everyone my situation is the next one, i have a mobo MSI 870-G45 with a amd athlon ii x3(4th core unlocked) vs asus p7p55d evo with a core i3 540(first generation i know).

Which of these motherboards will perform better for gaming purposes, currently my economic situation is not the best so i cannot afford a better cpu, each build will have the next components:
-GPU gtx 750 ti
-PSU thermaltake 550w
-8 gigabytes of ram kingston
-Cooler Corsair h50
-Case PSI Cyclone x
Also will the gpu will get bottlenecked, and do you think some overcloacking to the cpus and gpu will increase my gaming experience.

Thanks for the reply, the problems is that i already got all the components minus the GPU, they all are used but with complete functionality.

with the amd rig you can upgrade the cpu up to AMD Phenom II X6 Black 1090T but this is very expensive 250$
you will have the power of the fx 6300 approx

and with the intel you are stock by the choice of cpu ..

so i think is better to discard every thing and have a real pc

again thanks for the reply, but this is not about what can i upgrade, I already know that, is about which will perform better.
