Is it possible to connect a phone jack to a router with no phone jack?

So here's my problem, my three story house is lacking internet connection on the third floor. I have the comcast modem that you can rent from them for 7 dollars a month that has a coaxial cable connection. I've tried using an internet booster but it didn't give me over 1 Mbps, and it was a very expensive wireless booster. So here I am looking for a solution, so I was thinking about getting a better router for home. Problem is that some internet routers have no jack for my phone jack to plug into? Anyway to fix this?

If you already tried a repeater and it did not help then a different router will also probably make no difference. There are only very small difference between routers the transmit power is regulated by the government and most transmit at the maximum allowed power.

Even if you were to find a modem with a phone jack you need to ensure it is compatible with the cable companies system. They have lists of compatible modems. There are not a lot of cable modem manufactures as it is mostly arris or motorola.

You would be better off setting your modem to bridge mode and then placing another wireless router in front of it. Still it is a costly risk to take on the assumption you "might" get better signals.

You really only have a couple other options. You could try powerline networks to get the signal upstairs and then put a AP on the end to give you wireless. If you have coax tv in a room upstairs you could use MoCA devices to use the coax cable to carry the network and again put a AP on the end to give you wireless network.

If you can do neither of those you are to the point of having to find a way to get a ethernet cable run on the outside of the house if there is no other way.

Wireless is optimized to travel horizontally not vertically so it makes the problem even harder.

I've done some research about power lining does it actually work, like buying an adaptor for it on like amazon plug it into the wall plug an Ethernet cable which connects to the modem/router and plug one on the third floor and get connection.

Depending on the condition of the house wiring, yes.
2 small devices. 1 next to the router, plugged into the wall. Ethernet cable from the router to the device.
The other one plugged in upstairs. Ethernet cable from that to your PC.
The signal magically goes through the house wiring.

Some of them also have a WiFi component.

You are going to have to read all the reviews and decide for yourself. The house wiring make a big difference so take that into account when you read reviews.....all products have people say they are garbage. The models that say they run 500m compared to the ones you link which say they run 200m tend to run better. Neither of course gets anywhere near even 100m of throughout but since the 500m ones are using a newer technology I suspect they tolerate poor wiring better.
Just be sure to plug them directly into the wall, no power strips or extension cords.
