Is the AMD Radeon IGP 340m good?

Hello,
this card is ANCIENT - it's like 12 years old. I hope you haven't paid more than $50 for the whole laptop.
Also you mentioned "when I upgrade my processor and ram" - I'm afraid you won't be able to upgrade the processor as it's a laptop and this isn't that easy, not to mention that CPUs for your laptop (judging by the age of the IGP 340m) are not being manufactured anymore. Maybe... but just maybe you can add some RAM but I doubt you will see any performance increase.
If you can return the laptop to whoever you bought it from and buy something from this century.
