Enable SLI Missing from Nvidia Control Panel

i just set up my new pc and in the sli control panel there is no activate sli option.

My motherboard is 990fxa-gd80
i have 2 gigabyte superclocked nvidia 760's
all drivers are up to date

I've heard that realtek drivers conflict, but i have no idea what to do.
pls help

You can enable SLI by either clicking on the SLI capable system
balloon in the system tray or by going to the NVIDIA Control Panel

To access the NVIDIA Control Panel, you can right-click the Windows
desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel from the menu. Other ways
to access the NVIDIA Control Panel depends on the operating system.

did you install the sli connector between the both gpu?

i got it working by switching the placement of the 2 boards and switching the 2-3 way shield with a ribbon
