Phantom 530 + H100i fan setup

Hi All

I'm building a PC using the Phantom 530 and an h100i. The case supports 3x1200mm fans on the top or 2x140mm. what would be my best option for use with the radiator? what would the best fan setup be for maximum airflow?

The h100i has fans that come attached to it already. You can feel free to remove them and replace them with better fans, or to add fans in between the case and the radiator as well.

Just remember that more fans means more noise. I would use a pair of intake fans in the front and a pair of exhaust fans on the radiator.

The radiator is 2x120mm. Unless you want to use really awkward adapters and have spacing issues, just use 120mm fans. (Which is a shame since 140mm fans are far, far quieter.)

You want the air to have a clear path of flow, going from bottom&front to top/back.

So put two 120mm fans on the top of the case above the rad?
