Solution
Looks like Windows XP?
If this is Windows XP..
You may have run out of room on your disk,
Device driver or system file may be damaged (If one of these happened, there is practically no way to fix that unless you have a Windows XP disk. Unfortunately, I do not know much about the Windows XP setup.)

Try removing any devices, disks, anything attached to your computer.
If not, spam the F8 key right when you start your computer, and disable driver signiture.
If none of this works, I would recommend taking it somewhere to get your files backed up. If you do have Windows XP, I recommend getting a Windows 8 computer.
Hope this helps.
Also, do you mind uploading the image somewhere (photo bucket) and giving me the link so i can see it?

I typed up a huge question with the error screen written out and hit ask since I wasn't registered on the site. But all I see is the thread name and description I had to enter, not sure if I just don't know how to find my question or if it didn't post. So let me know if I need to type it up again.

You came to the best place.
Can you try to tell me what the error code is?
It's mostly the seccond line.
Without knowing the error, I can't do anything. Theres are hunderds of codes for thousands of things.. So if you can tell me that, that would be great.

A problem has been detected...
If this if your first time seeing this stop Error screen...

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver Is identified in the stop messages, Disable the driver or check with the Manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any bios updates. Disable bios Memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, Restart your computer, Press f8 to select advanced set up options, And then select safe mode.

I'm sorry I'm going to spam this forum. My cell is not cooperating. Do you need the stop message? Under technical information. It did this the day I got it back and half of the next, then randomly turned on just fine. Ive played it a few days now and now it's started doing this BSOD again. It also goes through "Collecting data for Crash dump, initializing disk for crash dump, Beginning dump of physical memory" in the bottom right and when that hits 100 (almost instantly).then it restarts loading up the starting windows.logo. The reason I sent it to Office Depot was.my hinge on the left side snapped and with it some wires tore so I couldn't connect to wifi (only ethernet worked) and I'm not sure what all they did to it beside replace the hinge.
