I have a gtx 750 ti superclocked and when trying to install it in a dell optiplex i realize the case it too small but I manage to fit it in but when I turn on the PC it doesn't display video, so I call evga and they tell me to update the bios I do but as most of you know the 750 is a new card and the last bios update was in 2012 so with all that being said I was wondering if anyone would have advice on what to do with it be getting a new motherboard or etc.

Solution
Power-wise the GTX 750 Ti has a requirement of 60 watts and needs 300 watts system PSU. The Optiplex 755 has a 305 watts PSU and this should be adequate.

Make sure that the monitor is connected to the DVI output of the graphics card, and the monitor is set to the correct DVI input.

looks good. Just be sure that is your Dell system. The wrong BIOS flash can ruin the computer. However, the BIOS is part of the MB. So, the update pgm should first make sure the board is correct and warn you if it is not, before flashing the EEPROM chip on the MB.
