So ran war thunder for about an hour or so and then my powersupply, a corsair RM 750, starts buzzing pretty loud. I believe it was that because I opened the case and just lightly pressed on the psu case and it stopped with slight pressure but then starts again after letting it go. Then I go to try and put the computer to sleep and it won't sleep. So I shut it down and then I hear a pretty substantial click/pop and some flash of light and then the pc shuts down like normal at the same moment. I started it back up with no problem, but still am hearing buzz/ pulsing sound. It started up and shut down again fine with no flash and normal click I usually hear, but the pulsy buzz sound was still there. What should I do. I have read mixed reviews on this psu and am uncertain.

Ps: I run microsoft security essentials but somehow got all this adware and requests to download stuff I didn't search for. What should I do?

t b So, I started the pc up this morning and there was no pulsing buzz from the psu. Gonna look up the lot code tonight to be sure it is not one of the recalled ones (just got it a week ago, shouldn't be...). Afraid to do stress test till psu issue is 100% resolved. As well, going to download kaspersky free trial tonight to do full scan and uninstall microsoft security essentials. Best Buy recommends kaspersky and used it on my old laptop without issue. What do you think of these two solutions/ have any other suggestion/opinions (especially on psu situation)?
