I have 2 msi GTX 760 ITX editions in 2-way sli. Would it be advantageous to have one card dedicated to physx? what about for benchmarking programs? There are also two sli bridge connectors on the card, I have two sli cables, should I use 2 for both bridge ports or just 1? right now I am using both bridge ports for 2 way sli

In GPU accelerated PhysX games (COD: Ghosts, AC4, Metro LL, Borderlands 2, etc.) the performance advantage for SLI will far outweigh the performance advantage of a single card + dedicated PhysX. Of course, in non-GPU accelerated PhysX games, the performance advantage will be even greater.

You only need one bridge between cards. The other is for 3-way SLI. That's why there are 2 edge connectors for SLI on top of the card.

You will have the best gaming performance by letting Nvidia control which card is used for PhysX. I would not dedicate one of the cards to PhysX. It would be a waste of the rest of the card's processing power, since PhysX is not very demanding and uses very little of a card's resources.
