Solution
Try reloading the chipset drivers. I would get the latest versions of all drivers at the MB web site and load them all. Then boot into bios and set optimized defaults, memory speed & timings and whatever else that needs to be set up. Bios needs to be set up again after it has been reset or upgraded each time. the memory and all.

Sorry, but for some reason I am just getting this message from Tom's. Looks like you need another board. RMA the board and if it is still within 30 days, I'd try to get an exchange for a Gigabyte, Asus or Asrock board. I stay away from MSI boards.
