I recently made changes to administrative rights and have lost ALL administrative rights. Unable to get cmd as administrator, unable to add new user. Attempted to follow what others had done and observed my c: drive is showing as a D: drive. Access is denied whenever I click on the C: drive. I do have a learning problem and misinterpret some directions which most likely started this problem. I can use internet explorer and some other programs like ancestry.com but most not accessible.
This is day three and very close to reinstalling everything but thought I would try to some direct help - hope someone is availavble!
