My computer specs are
i5-4670k CPU
Evga gtx 770 GPU
MSI z87 gaming motherboard
XFX 650w PSU
8gb of ram
I installed all of these parts just fine and everything was running just smooth at first. I do not have any updates by the way, none, I don't have internet because I have to use wireless so I was just installing my last part. Which is a PCE-N53 PCI-E Dual-band Wireless-N600 adapter. Now when windows 8.1 tries to start up it fails and gives me the listed error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Also this only happens when I physically put the wireless adapter into the pci-e slot. I have tried multiple slots and many different ways to install it. Like installing the drivers first then the adapter and vice versa.
Final note: When I install the drivers for the adapter everything is fine. Like I said before it only will fail to start when I physically install the adapter itself.
