Hello i have an inspirion 560s with this case http://cdn.ubergizmo.com/photos/2009/3/Dell_Inspiron_sl... and i want to upgrade, i need a gpu i was thinking about a r7 240 and i need a psu, should be fine with this case??

Yes, you should. the GPU is less that the length and if you take out space for the HDD and DVD, you would still be OK.
However, the cpu may drawback the GPU.

DO NOT GET A CASE WITH A NEW PSU IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.
Either get a new case and a psu using this list.

How should I know, I don't work for Dell.
besides, there is a 1000000 chance to one of getting a defect, and even then, Dell should replace your PC.
This is the part where you say "Never Tell me the odds" and start playing video games.
