I got this PC about 3 months ago spent a decent amount on it and I just spilt water on it 3 hours ago. I turned it off as unplugged everything (it didn't shut down automatically) I then opened up my PC and dried it with a fan and a towel for like 5 mins then plugged it back in. It turned on and I saw it said t-series motherboard. Then it went to a screen that says voltage, temperature and some other things, I can't remember exactly. I haven't turned it back on since. Any advice?

Looks like it went into BIOS.
Can you tell us where exactly the water hit to the best of your memory.

It seemed to have hit the hard drive and disk drive from when I was feeling around right after spilling it. There is a chance it hit the fan but no where else felt damp to me. Even the cable connect to the hard drive was damp. Also I saw some steam or smoke or something come up. It didn't smell though and it was only a little.
