Any 1440p monitors greater than 60Hz?

Hello,

I realise that there are no 1440p 120Hz monitors manufactured yet, but does anybody know of any 80Hz or 90Hz models?

Building a new computer, and will be buying a new monitor, looking to get something that is middle of the ground for both resolution and refresh rates.

Hey,

I don't have a personal experience but a guy here on the forums was asking for advise on buying a Korean monitor. I asked him to leave a feedback when he receives it and it sounds like a very good choice. He said you can overclock it to 119Hz. Further research shows that it does anything above 60Hz by just dropping frames.

D'oh! How nice it would be to have 1440p monitor at 90Hz so you could run 90FPS all in native res!

The 1440p korean QNix monitors are able to be overclocked to 85Hz+ generally. Some go further, some don't go as far. Just be warned, if you ever have an issue with the monitor you will be pretty much screwed trying to send it back for repair/replacement. It's a gamble.. but they are priced extremely well.
