Hearthstone Crashes PC On High Graphics

For some reason whenever I play Hearthstone on the high graphics setting my computer will randomly crash. Could be 5 minutes into the game or maybe 30, but it always crashes. The screen will just freeze and the lights on my keyboard will shut off and I'll have to restart my PC. Whenever I play on the medium or low settings the game runs fine and never crashes my computer.

I know some people may not think it's a big deal and tell me to just play on medium. I mean it is just a card game. However on the medium graphics setting the game only runs at 30 fps and on the high setting it runs and a really smooth 60 fps. I can't stand it running at 30 fps, it just bugs me. Anyway any help would be appreciated.

That's a good question, you might want to try contacting blizzard support, cause hardware wise there is no reason you shouldn't be able to run it at high.

Have you updated your graphics drivers?

Yes my graphics drivers are up to date as well as the bios for my mobo.

Well, it's clear SOME driver is crashing your computer, follow these steps so you can actually read the crashlogs that windows makes when Hearthstone crashes the system and then do some searches about what's actually going on:

I mean, you could also reformat your computer and reinstall windows, as you obviously have some conflicting drivers.

You might also try Downgrading the drivers to previous versions to see if it's only a problem with the current drivers. And your drivers are version 14.4 right?
