Can my friend run Watch Dogs?

I have read the system requirements and I know the minimum says quad core and 6gb of ram,
but elsewhere I read that it is an exageration and as long as his video card
is good it might work. Anyone know if there is a possibility he could play somewhat smoothly on lowest settings?

Well he doesn't meet the min requirement on CPU and RAM. Also with that old of a computer I'm assuming it's running a 32bit OS and last I heard Watch Dogs will only run on a 64bit OS.

My conclusion.. No, it will not run.

A GT 620 and Pentium e-6600 will struggle to run current games on low settings. :s
I somewhat doubt it'll run Watchdogs at a playable framerate (25+) even on minimum. Unless maybe you run at 480p or something. Practically anything can be run at 480p.

Not even a chance, GT cards are not gaming cards. CPU is weak as well, and you need minimum 6GB of ram.
