As the title says, ANYTHING plugged into my desktop machine, except the DVI cable, will result in the system hanging on the windows loading icon. This has started happening after my PSU shorted out (randomly, new machine, 2 months old) and I got my new one through warranty. I guess maybe the motherboard has a short? I'm hoping it's just windows being a bit corrupted but a system restore did nothing.
The weird thing is everything is 100% fine when it's booted up. All I/O ports work. Running i5 4770k @ 4.6ghz, 8GB DDR3, GTX 760 with windows running on an Intel 128gb SSD.
