it can easily run it but the build can be improved. such as get 4670k and inject that money into video card and get z87 motherboard and inject to video card.

ah you forgot to add a case too but yeah u can get 780 and a $50 case in that budget and 3770k is better than 4670k but it costs a lot more but it really provides no benefit in games just video editing stuff.

the reason y i went for a i7 was that i want to master the ultra specs of watch dogs

Latest Six core Intel or Eight core AMD (e.g. Intel Core i7-3930K, AMD FX-9370)

and the case ill pick it later

it would provide much more benefit from the 780 than i7 cpu upgrade. and i would 1st drop the ssd before downgrading the video card to get a 4770k( but i would not do that 4670k is pretty much the best option) Also you will need cpu cooler such as 212 evo if you want to overclock its around $30

no problem good luck with your build and wait get 4770k not 4770 you cant overclock 4770 4670k would actualy run faster than 4770 if you overclock it and buy it at micro center brick store it is much cheaper there and with motherboard combo they take additional $30 off.
