Install Linux./win 64 on a CPU with win 32 (No DVDRW)

Hi, I have just purchased a CPU and want to install 64 bit linux and 64 bit win 7 Ult. but im having problems due to the 32 b os on it. IT has 6 gb RAM and all of the required specs, I have a 500gb ext HDD as well as TB of internal.. If anyone has a good link to a linux os that contains all of the needed boot files that would be great. any other suggestions or warnings would be appreciated. thanks

do you have a spear usb flash drive?
what linux distro do you want to install?
you can install windows and linux from a usb using this program.
http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/
and linux also.
you can download ubuntu 64 bit iso 14.04 lts from the link provided it has a easy setup.
when you press the link the download will start.i whould advise you installing first windows 7 and after linux.
and in ubuntu install maneger use the option install along side other operating system.
