Hi,
Brought new GPU R7 250 1 GB DDR5. Using GPU Tweak application and it shows everything high when using Google Chrome. once it gave me Memory Dump and another time the pc stuck.

I don't remember what SMPS i am having, There are no marking only VIP 600W. Is it 400W or 600W

Previously i used HD 4650 and i don't have a CPU Cabinet Fan. So due to heat it's like this or what. Suggest me.

More about : smps vip 600w 250 ddr5

If it says "VIP 600w" then it's obviously a 600 watt model made by VIP. That's easily enough for the R7 250 since the manufacturer recommends 400 watts minimum.

However, all power supplies are not made equal. There are good ones, bad ones, and really good ones which are regularly recommended on this forum, such as Seasonic or Corsair.

VIP power supplies are never recommended on this forum, or if they are I've never seen it.

VIP PSUs aren't recommended. It might be labeled 600W but in reality it might be a 150W unit

You should see a sticker on the PSU like this:
