Here is the old one - http://www.cnet.com/products/seagate-barracuda-7200-12-500gb-sata-300/specs/

Here is what I'm looking at (the 1tb) - http://www.seagate.com/files/docs/pdf/datasheet/disc/barracuda-7200-12-ds1668-6-1101us.pdf

or - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136284

They look basically the same to me except for the 16 vs 32 cache. Does this have a big enough impact to make it worth upgrading? I'm looking to improve load times on games, things are pretty slow right now. And if this isn't the solution could someone tell me what is?
