I've got an external WD mass storage device, the problem is that when i try to open it in my computer it doesn't show anything (not even at "devmgmt.msc") and when i try it on other computers it works...the Mass Storage device has power but its not transferring Date, the computer cant read it.

Sounds like it's your machine, since the drive works on other machines. Some possibilities come to mind
1) Try some other USB device on that port and see if it works.
2) Try a lower-powered USB device on that port and see if it works. The port may work but not supply enough power for the drive, in which case you can get a cable that attaches to two USB ports, runs data to one of them, but takes power from both.
