Ive been getting BSOD recently even after a full reformat

Hey guys ive recently been getting BSOD'S for a few weeks now and ive done a reformat 2 days ago but it keeps coming. When it blue screens it says System.Service.Exception and the driver that crashed is atikmdag.sys. i would really like some help on how to get rid of this

intel i5 4440k
giogabyte h87m-hd3 motherboard
AMD R9 270x GPU
Thermaltake smart power 650w bronze
8gb ram MXS3 2x4gb kit

i also have my windows 7 installed on an ssd

The problem driver is the AMD graphics driver for your R9 270X card. Follow instructions here:
