I have an Astro A40 with MixAmp, and I was wondering if buing a good sound card would make the surround and the sound in general better for gaming. This is a 7.1 surround headset so I'm not sure if a soundcard would improve the quality in games. I have read that the sound is clearer, but only for speakers and stereo headsets so I'm not sure... Any help much apriciated!
