everytime i put memory card or USB''s all files turns to shortcuts and i just need a solution besides downloading antivirus i tried them many times please help so i can do the same to others.

That is bad..

If the virus replicates itself freely thru other media then installing an antivirus probably wont help.

You may need to re-install the OS.
Registry fix is not recommended.

Have you tried installing/running the antivirus in safe mode?
