Ofc the "match" is not fair, theres too much of a price difference, but my question here is, atm i the gigabyte ud3h motherboard and i5 3570k and i'm planing to watercool my whole system and since i started or i should say want to start streaming and such things i really need an i7. I was hoping that you guys could tell me is my motherboard really good enough to hold on some years to come? cuz' i find it abit hard to invest money in a "old" system. I am looking for i7 4770k and asus formula motherboard, but the cost of doing that is much higher. Is that exstra money really worth it? speaking about motherboard and yes i do overclock (alot). Or it isnt and i should stay with the motherboard that i have now and just get 3770k. I'm really hoping for a good agrument why this and not the other.

Thank you!

the UD3H motherboard is good, and is fine for OC on the 3770k. Though if your keen to take OC to the max with your 3770k, your not going to get better then the Maximus VI Formula, Asus ROG boards have the best OC capabilities. In saying that, your current board is good for OC also.

An Argument will come when others respond, Which is if that's what you want to defend the Maximus's OC ability, that's what you'll get.
